Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
In the event of receiving a Wrong Item, Damaged Product, Incorrect Size, Incomplete Product, or Manufacturing Defect, please notify us via email within 7 days of delivery.
In such cases, we will be pleased to provide a replacement.
Returned products must be Unused, Undamaged, and in their Original Packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any free gifts.
Please note that certain products, such as customized items, are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at saleberate@gmail.com, providing your order number, reason for return, and accompanying pictures or videos as proof.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed instructions on how to send the product back.
Please note, that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Reasons such as "Didn't like the product or quality," "Size not as required," "Changed my mind," or "No longer needed":
Returns will not be accepted.
We kindly request you to carefully review all product details , including size, color and specifications before placing your order.
While we maintain strict quality checks to ensure top-tier standards, please understand that slight variations in look, finish, and color may occur due to the natural characteristics of wood and differences in display. Handmade items may also feature minor variations.
The return parcel must be securely packed to prevent further damage during transit.
Upon receiving the returned product, we will conduct a quality inspection to determine if the issue is our responsibility, rather than resulting from misuse or external factors beyond our control.
If the product is not in its original condition, the return request will be denied, and the product will be shipped back to you at your expense.
Any damage incurred during the reshipment process is the customer’s responsibility.

To cancel an order, please contact us via WhatsApp(+91 77430-29371) or Saleberate@gmail.com. Orders can be cancelled at no additional cost anytime before dispatch. However, cancellations must be requested within 6 hours of placing the order. No cancellations will be accepted beyond this timeframe.
For cancellations outside of this policy, a 20% deduction of the order value will be applied to cover return shipping costs, along with a 3% payment gateway or transaction fee for prepaid orders.
Please note, once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 10-12 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Please note, that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

We only offer exchange- for wrong items sent, incomplete product and product damage during production and transit .
If your order falls under any of the above categories please contact us within the specified return windor with clear pictures and videos
If you need to exchange your item for the same one, please contact us at saleberate@gmail.com.

Custom-made products are specially created upon your request and are not part of our standard offerings.
These orders are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable.
However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged product, it can be replaced. Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt by emailing us.

If you haven't received your refund after 15 days, kindly check your bank account or contact your credit card provider for further assistance.
